Being a non-profit organisation, Strasbourg Convention Bureau is your guide and counsellor, when planning your event. Being specialists of destinations, we support you graciously and impartially in organising events: meetings, incentives, conferences, gala evenings and other professional events in Strasbourg Alsace. We provide customised responses to your project through a broad network of partners: meeting venues, accommodation, restaurants, caterers, DMCs, incentive activities, prestigious locations. We can also assist you for organising your site visits. Strasbourg Convention Bureau was founded in 2008.

Airport - 9 minutes from the city centre (1,300,000 passengers/year), reinforced by the Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg EuroAirport, 1 hr 30 mins away and seven other international airports within 2 hrs 30 mins: Paris Charles de Gaulle, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Zurich and Baden-Baden. Strasbourg has the most extensive tramway network in France with seven lines, including one that crosses the border into Germany.
